How do I make a reservation?
To schedule an appointment for your perfect treatment,please contact our spa reservations team who will be able to guide to the right choice.to ensure your preferred time and service is available we recommend to book in advance. Kindly book all treatments in advance to ensure availability of your choice of service & time. Should you wish to re schedule or cancel your booking, we appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy of eight hours notice.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 15 mins prior to your scheduled appointment time to prepare for your treatment & enjoy our spa cafe & juice bar.
Treatments begin & end at their allotted time in order to avoid inconveniencing other clients.
Are there any house rules?
Our spa environment is one relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all spa guests right to privacy and serenity. In light of this,we ask to silence your mobile phones,as a courtesy to all guests.
Can I take your products home?
To continue your well-being regime at home, products used during the treatments are available for purchase from our retail boutique.
Are there any treatments I shouldn’t be having?
Consultations are carried out before all treatments. Please be aware that some treatments are not suitable for certain health conditions, and it is in your best interest to kindly advise us when making a reservation of any allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment. All our therapists are experienced, qualified professionals who are trained to assure your privacy and comfort at all times.
I may have left something behind, what should I do?
If you think you may have left something at the premises please get in touch with us as soon as possible. For the safety of your valuables, we suggest that you do not remove or leave your jewelry. Whilst we shall endeavour to return any misplaced items to you, the spa will not be responsible for any liability of missing valuables or personal belongings.
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards as well as cash payments.
Do you have gift vouchers?
Gift vouchers can be purchased for a specific service, package or amount at the spa reception. The perfect gift for those passionate about pampering!
